Return Policy

At CHOCOBARI, we strive to provide only original & high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Wrong or Damaged Product

• If you receive a wrong product (i.e., a different item from what you ordered) or a damaged product, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Conditions for Returns:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels.
  • The return must be requested within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • You must inspect the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please refuse to accept the delivery or immediately note the issue with the delivery person. Failing to do so may affect your ability to request a return.

2. Non-Acceptance of Returns for Certain Products

• Liquid and Glass Products: Due to the fragile nature of these items, returns for damaged or incorrect liquid or glass products are not accepted under any circumstances, even if they are defective or broken upon delivery.
• These products include, but are not limited to, perfumes, beverages, candles, and glassware.

3. How to Return

• You will be required to provide proof of purchase and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) for verification.
• Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with the return shipping details.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs.
• If you would prefer an exchange, we will assist you in processing the exchange based on product availability.

5. Conditions for No Return

• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery (excluding products that were already defective or damaged on arrival).
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chocobarii2020@gmail.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
